What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
How long does shipping take in the UAE?
Standard delivery: 1–3 business days.
Express (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): Next business day.
Free shipping on orders over 300 AED.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have 7 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping will be available soon.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Visit our Track Your Order page or click the link in the email.
